Plastic Man - Documentary

In 2019, Our founder and Lead Director Melvin Dain Co Directed this documentary film with the Award winning Sierra Leone Director Simeonette Uwanie Pontis.
SYNOPSIS
His work is tough, dirty and important, but hardly paid or recognized - for two years now, Legacy has been committed to recycling plastic in Ghana. This documentary follows the activist in his battle for a less polluted environment that is worth living in.

PLASTIC MAN is one of six films produced in 2019 as a part of „Make a Difference“ - a project by WELTFILME.org, YMCA Ghana, SLADEA, NAEAL, The University of The Gambia and Xchange Perspectives e.V. With financial support from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and Bread for the World.

Shadows Of Ambition

SYNOPSIS:

A cunning female lawyer joins forces with a vengeful ex-partner and former employee to seize control of Africa’s largest cocoa plantation and processing firm from its powerful CEO. As their deadly plan unfolds, alliances fracture and betrayals abound, thrusting the lawyer into a perilous game of power and survival, where greedy ambition comes at a lethal cost.
